Paver Restoration and repairs- Here are some common problems

We recommend sealers although it is not imperative.  A sealer can help in many ways:

Prevent stains

Decrease the likelihood of moss & mildew

Give you a beautiful Wet look (if you are into that sheen)

Seals the Poly Sand Joints

Helps in creating a winter salt barrier, which can help prevent the face of the paver from eroding

Joint stabilization sand, or Polymeric sand has come a long way in the last few years- it sets up harder and faster across a bigger spectrum of weather conditions. This routine maintenance is very important to the longevity of the patio/walkway. The sand can last anywhere from one year to 5-10 years depending on many factors.
